Trained staff

Our staff are fully trained in medication management, manual handling and complete mandatory training that covers the 15 standards of care and Dementia awareness. If you have a condition that requires very specific skills to be learned (such as tracheostomy care), we will provide training for our carers from trustworthy outside bodies (such as Addenbrooke’s Hospital), in these specific areas of care.

When we say we will do something, we always deliver our promises. Reliability is key to our home care and we want you to feel safe in the knowledge that our team won’t let you down.

We train all our staff in giving you the dignity and respect you deserve. We want our staff to encourage and support you with tasks to help maintain your level of independence, whilst respecting and listening to you at all times.
