Bringing an agency into the home to help care for one’s partner is a difficult thing to do and I found it quite stressful until I found Intrust Care. They have made the experience easy and worry-free. Always ready to go that extra bit further to make sure the job is done properly. They bring a really good level of skill and are always on the lookout for things that will help make the client more comfortable. So glad I found them, they have saved my health and sanity.

We have been with Intrust since 2018, and have never regretted the decision to go with them. They are an extremely professional company and go above and beyond what some other agencies would do. My mother’s care …..

Intrust looked after my mother for the last year or so of her life and I cannot fault the care provided. The carers were very professional while at the same time being very affectionate. They made my mother’s last days as comfortable as possible and mum grew very attached to them and trusted them implicitly.

My Angels

I would like to tell people who may be interested in care service Intrust Care Ltd are an excellent care service the Carers are caring people. A plan is put into place for your loved one. The Carers are like 😇 there is nothing they won’t do to make your loved one clean and comfortable they become like one of the family. They also take care of the partner they help to make my life easier, on sleep overnight you get a nights sleep 😴 and wake refreshed. They should be called Angels 👼. Although my husband as since died the Angels still see me out an about we always have a chat.

Great care

I have had the girls at Intrust looking after me for a few months now and they have helped me to regain my dignity. I was very anti having care but they have turned my views around and made sure that I’m now having a better quality of life. I would highly recommend them.

Intrust looked after my nan for just over a year, they helped bring her back from the brink of death and gave her an extra 12 beautiful months with family. The care and compassion each and every member of staff gave was more than we could have ever hoped for, they cared for her like she was one of there own, like family. They monitored everything for any type of change and knew when things were going down hill and acted quickly to get her the right help. The team will never realise how much we appreciate those extra 12 months. We were able to enjoy so many things that she may of missed. Thank you to all at intrust care With my whole heart. You all do amazing things not only for the client but for there family aswell.

I can’t praise Laila and her team highly enough for the dedication and professional service they showed in looking after my Dad through very difficult times. I rate them 5/5 and would recommend them to whoever requires care for the elderly. Thank you to all the Team.

My parents recently started receiving care from intrust care in Milton Keynes. I am delighted to say the care and compassion shown by all of the staff has been exemplary. I cannot praise the quality of care highly enough. They have done everything they could to support my father who has Parkinson’s and my mum who looks after him and myself especially over the last week when my dad was admitted to hospital with pneumonia. The care is more than we could ever have hoped for and the support they have offered me has been wonderful. Thank you to you all – your care and compassion brings a tear to my eye – I had begun to think that no one cared for those of us folk out here who need support to continue to live in our own homes but you guys have restored my faith. Thank you and to anyone looking for support for themselves or a family member I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

My Dad aged 92 was diagnosed with Cancer which added to other pre-existing conditions and this required a complex regime of medications and care and he became unable to care for himself. It soon became apparent that his care needs exceeded the resources of his family alone and the NHS kindly supplied us with the services of Intrust Care for 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. It was unusual for us to have so many people visit my Dad but they were so kind and friendly that they soon felt like part of the family. Their dedication and “nothing was too much trouble” attitude really helped my Dad and us bear the strain of his horrible ordeal. Intrust were also able to provide some overnight cover which helped a lot in the latter stages of his illness where he needed assistance several times in the night. Every Intrust carer visit came with attentiveness and compassion and an infectious smile that brought sunshine into the house. The assistance that Intrust Care provided contributed to my Dads survival longer than anticipated and it allowed him to attend the wedding of his Grandson, something he had not expected to be able to do. He was so happy that day and the family will be forever grateful to Intrust for helping to make that possible. I have no hesitation in recommending the Intrust Care team for care of patients in the home.

As an employee of Intrust Care I am fully aware of how invested the company is with all of their service users. The time and effort all the carers and management put into seeing our service users maintain their independence and way of life as much as possible is beyond anything I’ve experienced from any other care provider before. The training courses provided are thorough and extensive to be able to care for our more complex care packages. We have a fantastic team that only want the best and all management, from our senior carers to company director, are only too happy to help, support or guide with any issues that may arise.

On a personal note, intrust care provided care for my nan. So I have seen the work, care and compassion from this amazing team first hand. Nothing is too much and its always with a smile.
